So the entire reason for the trip from Florida to Indiana was because my cousin, Erin McCrea was getting married on May 16th. I haven't been back to Indiana in a long time, so I decided to go. In fact almost all of my family made it back. Only Hillary wasn't able to come, but that's because she's moving to Colorado in a couple of weeks and has a lot of other stuff going on right now. Still she was missed.
Erin is the oldest of the McCrea Girls (the four daughters of my mom's sister Michelle and her husband Kevin.) The wedding was beautiful the ceremony was at the Methodist church in Seelyville where much of the family has been members for at least as long as I can remember. Someone from the church was kind enough to volunteer to keep a nursery for the kids during the ceremony. It wasn't a long ceremony, but you all know what a wild man Gideon can be, so I was grateful for the break. Erin's sisters, Jessica, Laura & Kendra were the bridesmades and our cousin, Charlotte was the flower girl.
Following the ceremony the reception was at the Traditions Hall in Brazil. It was really nice and the food was catered by some barbecue place I can't remember the name of, but the food was awesome. I think I'd walk back to Indiana for some of that sweet corn.
Fortunately the cake turned out alright. Mom and Shiloh really had a fight with it. Thanks to the crazy amount of rain they've recieved the humidity caused all sorts of problems. First the cakes kept falling and wouldn't stay fluffly. Then the icing wouldn't set. But as you'll see in the pictures, it turned out absolutely beautiful! And I think Erin and Ben were pretty pleased. It was also delicious!
Anyway we had a great time. Kevin performs in a vocal group called Graybeard (You'll see why in the pictures) and at Erin's request they performed a few songs at the reception.
It was so fun and got to see lots of family I hadn't seen in years. Of course everyone asked about Travis and wished that he could have been there. (He's only met that side of the family once I think and I'm pretty sure that was about 7 or 8 years ago.)
Without further ado though, here's the wedding show!
Oh one more thing! Kelly and Ryan got hold of my camera sometime during the reception and they were taking a lot of crazy pictures. Sadly it took them a little while to figure out that they were actually taking video. So here's a great video of them saying my camera doesn't work. Hilarious!

I love Clint's picture in the slide show because the heart is right on his nose! He looks like a heart nosed Rudolph. Good times!!
