Trav's aunt Clary makes them. She takes a regular bath sheet and uses something to gather it up and make it so that it hangs around your neck. It's not elastic, it's almost like a really thick quilt binding or something.
Anyway she even decorated the bottom of this one with cute little teddy bear ribbon to make it more "baby". But anyway we LOVE it. It makes bath time much easier. --Cali (Yes I'm logged in as Travis right now. Sorry.)
